Reports Overview

HotelAmplify's Sales & Catering reports turn your accounts, groups, functions, and financial data into actionable insight. You will find them at Dashboard → Sales → Reports.

Plan requirement

Advanced analytics and reports require a Professional plan or higher. On other plans the reports page shows an upgrade prompt.

The reports dashboard

The reports landing page opens on an Overview tab with headline metrics - revenue, bookings, groups, and group pace - plus quick links to the most-used reports. Additional tabs organize reports by area: Financial, Sales, Groups, and Catering.

Available reports

Accounts & Contacts

  • Booking Activity - booking volume and trends over time
  • Top Accounts - your highest-producing accounts
  • Top Contacts - the contacts driving the most business

Groups

  • Contracts - group contract status and pipeline
  • Group Pace - group bookings pacing against prior periods
  • Group Production - room nights and revenue produced by groups

Functions

  • Banquet Event Orders - BEO activity and status
  • Catering Pace - catering revenue pacing
  • Function Pace - function bookings pacing
  • Function Space Utilization - how efficiently your event space is being used

Financials

  • Revenue Analysis - revenue broken down by period
  • Revenue vs Budget - actuals compared to budget
  • Payment Schedules - upcoming and past-due payments
  • Lost Business Analysis - why business was lost and what it was worth
  • Sales Productivity - activity and results by salesperson

Running a report

  1. Open the reports dashboard and pick a report.
  2. In the configuration dialog, choose a date range (the current month is pre-selected) and any report-specific options.
  3. Click Run Report to generate it.
