Managing Accounts

Accounts represent the companies and organizations that send business to your hotel — corporate clients, associations, wedding planners, tour operators, and more. Every contact, group block, and function can be linked back to an account, giving you a complete picture of each relationship.

You can find your accounts at Sales → Accounts in the dashboard.

Creating an Account

  1. Go to Sales → Accounts and click Add Account.
  2. Enter the Account Name (required) along with the account's Email and Phone.
  3. Choose a Status — Active, Inactive, or Pending — to reflect where the relationship stands.
  4. Assign a Salesperson so ownership of the account is clear to your team.
  5. Add any Notes (preferred rates, history, special requirements), then save.

Tip

Create the account first, before adding contacts or group blocks. Contacts and groups both link to an account, so having it in place keeps your records connected from day one.

Viewing and Editing Account Details

Click any row in the accounts table to open the account details. From there you can update the account's information and see everything related to it in one place:

  • Contacts — the individual people associated with this account
  • Groups — group blocks booked under this account
  • Functions — meetings and events tied to this account

Searching and Filtering

  • Search — the search box matches on account name, contact person, and email.
  • Status filter — narrow the list to a single status using the status dropdown, or select All Statuses to see everything.
  • Columns — use the Columns button to show or hide fields. Industry, Website, Created, and Updated are hidden by default and can be turned on when you need them.
  • Pagination — adjust the page size at the bottom of the list to show more accounts per page.

Exporting Accounts

Use the Export button to download your account list as PDF, Excel (XLSX), or CSV. Before the file is generated you can choose exactly which fields to include, and the export respects your current search and status filter — so you export what you see.

Deleting Accounts

Delete a single account with the delete action on its row, or select multiple rows with the checkboxes and use the bulk Delete button that appears above the table. Deleting an account is permanent, so consider setting the status to Inactive instead if you may need the history later.
