Contacting Support

There are three ways to reach us. Pick the one that fits what you need — for anything happening inside the app, the in-app feedback button is usually fastest because it can capture a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing.

1. In-App Feedback Button (recommended for issues)

While signed in, look for the Feedback button fixed to the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  1. Click Feedback to open the feedback form.
  2. Choose a type: Bug Report, Feature Request, Question, or General Feedback.
  3. Describe what happened or what you'd like to see.
  4. Optionally click the screenshot option to capture your current screen — for bugs, this is the single most helpful thing you can include. If the capture fails, you can still submit without it.
  5. Submit. Your report goes straight to our team.

2. Contact Form

For sales questions, demos, billing, or anything you'd rather not send from inside the app, use the contact form at hotelamplify.com/contact.

3. Email

What to Include for a Fast Resolution

The more context you give us up front, the fewer back-and-forth messages it takes. For bug reports, try to include:

  • Where it happened — the page you were on (for example, Sales → Groups) or the page URL.
  • What you did — the steps leading up to the problem, so we can reproduce it.
  • What you expected vs. what happened — including the exact text of any error message.
  • A screenshot — the in-app feedback form can capture one for you automatically.
